ECARX Flash LiDAR is a fully solid-state 905 nm Flash LiDAR designed for short-range, high-resolution sensing applications. Featuring a custom VCSEL emitter array and a large-format SPAD sensor, it provides a detection range of 0–60 meters, high-resolution imaging and strong resistance to ambient light interference. In addition to automotive applications, the technology is also supporting emerging use cases in embodied AI and intelligent building solutions.
